Why Legion Strategy
Most political consulting in San Francisco is fragmented by design. One shop runs field. Another does fundraising. A third handles digital, a fourth does mail, a fifth writes the policy nobody else on the team fully understands. Campaigns and causes end up stitching together five vendors who've never sat in the same room, paying for the gaps between them as much as the work itself.
We started Legion Strategy because we'd spent years inside that fragmentation; watching strong campaigns lose momentum from disconnected execution rather than bad strategy. We brought field organizing, fundraising, communications, policy drafting, and crisis management under one roof, run by people who've actually done each of those jobs, not just managed the vendors who did.
San Francisco's political landscape is shifting, and the rest of the country is watching it happen. A firm built for this moment can't afford to specialize in one piece of the puzzle. It has to evolve with the city; which is exactly what we're built to do.
Have Something in Mind?
Every campaign, organization, and fight is different. We don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Whether you're building a field program from scratch, trying to fix a fundraising operation that isn't working, or just need someone to help you think through what comes next, we're happy to talk it through; no pressure, no obligation, no assumption that we're the right fit until we both know it.
