Managed citywide field programs for a 2024 mayoral campaign, reaching over 300,000 individual voters across San Francisco's roughly 550,000-person voting population in three months.
Slate Strategy & Budget Management
Managed combined budgets of nearly $700,000 across two 2024 campaigns for Supervisor and the Democratic County Central Committee, helping secure wins for 18 of 24 endorsed candidates and majority control.
Grassroots Membership Growth Across the DMV
Directed multi-state grassroots campaigns across D.C., Maryland, and Virginia, recruiting more than 5,000 dues-paying members and improving organizer retention by 33%.
